Supervise and direct the daily activities of all laundry staff and are responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the department. Lay down service standards regarding cleanliness and quality of linen & guest laundry and ensure adherence to these. Efficiently manage the inventory of detergents, chemicals and linen. Monitor and control consumption of power, steam, detergents and other chemicals and devise methods for optimal usage of these. Ensure through regular monitoring of NPS (Quality of linen & Guest laundry) prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guestrooms & guests.
