Urban Nomad Unbound Adventure LLP is hiring: Dive Centre Manager  • full time position • long term contract (1 year +) • salary: INR 75.000 – 1,20,000 fixed salary, additional percentages and anual profit sharing ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: The Dive Centre Manager is a key member of our leadership and management team, leading the centre to deliver excellent, exciting, and safe customer experiences and service through efficient management and oversight of daily dive operations, retail sales, hospitality units, delivery of all marketing and promotion activity and all other aspects of the customer journey. This includes responsibility for accurate dive related and equipment record-keeping, customer invoicing and managing those aspects of the centre’s budget that have been delegated to the General Manager.  In addition, the General Manager is responsible for leadership and management of various groups of staff members, such as: dive professionals, administrative staff, hospitality units staff, house keeping & security staff, drivers & captains.  Essential knowledge, skills, and experience:  • Sound commercial knowledge and understanding  • Fluent written and spoken English  • Minimum three years of management experience • Good team player, team leader and in constant awareness of the big picture.  • Active interest in hospitality & ocean sports/ activities • Excellent standards of numeracy and literacy  • Advanced experience of using Excel, Outlook, and Word.  • Internet and digital/social media awareness  • Customer service skills  • Good understanding of health & safety, risk assessment  • Ability to deal confidently with information from customers, colleagues, officials  • Interaction with all government agencies that are directly or indirectly connected to the company. • Follows and interprets guidelines with flair and imagination to the benefit of the business.  • Evidence of the ability to combine a variety of different tasks at any one time.  • Takes pride in high standards of presentation and has an eye for detail   • Experience working in high pressure, fast paced environment   • Good recommendation of experience of direct planning, setting and management of budgets  • Cash handling and use of financial reporting systems  BONUS SKILLS for all candidates: PADI Dive licenses Additional languages Boat licence SALLARY STRUCTURE: In addition to the fixed salary mentioned in this ad ( according to your experience, value and responsibility taken)  you will get commision on additional sales or extra responsibilities taken on.
