The Customer Care Executive at UNA is the interface between the company and the customer. He or she offers excellent customer service and after-sales support in the in-house shop, the sign up counter, reception and help desk and all other areas of customer interface. If you are not yet a diver or a watersports addict, don’t worry – we are happy to teach you all product-related details on the job. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance are more important for us to be a successful “Urban Nomad Tribe Member”.  An outstanding Customer Support Executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service experience, solid soft skills and the ability to work flexible timings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field. • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a 5 Star Hotel or a customer relations position. • Excellent English in written and oral form • Excellent communication skills and friendly outgoing nature. • Basic computer skills.   Main Role & Responsibilities: Customer Care is being an ambassador of the ocean, a tour guide, a counselor, a friend and a manager all at the same time…   • Performing customer service duties in all areas of UNA. • Understanding of all products, packages, activities and their current pricing. • Introducing/ briefing all customers to their booked activities on morning and afternoon shifts. • Supporting the professional team if required. • Keeping all customer areas spotless (with the help of the housekeeping team) • Supervising sign up, performing check-in and collecting payments. • Maintaining booking lists • Answering the UNA customer care hotline. • Preparing paperwork for all activities of the following day. • Buying and preparing snack baskets for customers and staff • Accompanying guests on activities if required Salary INR 25 – 35.000 per month ABOUT US: Urban Nomad Adventure  is an iconic, busy and successful PADI 5* Dive Centre at India‘s Southeast coast with our headquarters situated in the heart of Pondicherry.
