Receive and process in-room dining orders via phone or electronic ordering system. Assist guests in selecting menu items, taking note of any special dietary requirements or preferences. Ensure accuracy in order taking and enter orders into the POS system promptly. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms. Prepare trays with utensils, condiments, and other necessary items for delivery. Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
