Skills: Ensure adequacy of supplies, cooking process, climate of smooth and friendly cooperationTo prepare specialized food as per the prescribed menu of the organization. Plan and prepare Restaurant, Catering and buffet menu. To handle complete kitchen operation. To lead and manage the team of Kitchen staffs and co- ordinate with the Service and catering staffs. Work with the Head Chef to prepare menus, including specials Order, prep, and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking stations, including vegetables, spices, etc. Having a knowledge of Inventory Management. Preparing Staff Duty Roasters
