- Overlooking the entire kitchen/food production of an outlet. From upkeep of product quality through training and tastings, to the staffing of the kitchen team. - Would also require to manage raw material ordering and stock levels at the outlet using the company's software. - Basic computer knowledge required, along with minimum 5 years of quality kitchen experience. Chefs who have worked in multiple cuisines throughout their career preferred. All meals, accommodation, and performance bonuses are also provided.
