Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize wastage. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with management to develop new menu ideas and specials. Requirements: Proven experience as a Continental Chef, preferably in cafe settings. Extensive knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Certification from a culinary institution is a plus.
