We are looking for a bakery Chef to set up the operations & processes and grow a team around them. We are in the process of setting up the bakery and would like individuals who are passionate and work to build the brand with head chef & us (owners) Profile includes the following job responsibilities 1. Bake fresh pastries, desserts and breads. 2. Creative new and innovative breads, dessert and customized cakes 3. Taking care of baking aspect of kitchen, delivering cakes, breads, and chocolates and ala carte components, 4. Demonstrate hands on approach to all bakery products produced in pastry department insuring quality, presentation, consistency standards meet company standards. 5. Assist with development of standardized recipes for all bakery items Ensure that recipes are accurate and updated as needed 6. Ensure proper levels of bakery and confectionery items are prepared based on forecasted needs and their prompt delivery to the designated outlet
