Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail. Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Service Standards: Adhering to established service standards and procedures to maintain consistency and quality. Providing training and guidance to staff to uphold service excellence. Upselling and Cross-selling: Encouraging upselling and cross-selling of menu items to maximize revenue. Training staff to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional sales. Order Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensuring accuracy in taking and processing guest orders. Monitoring order delivery times and minimizing wait times for guests. Table Management: Efficiently managing table allocations and reservations to optimize seating capacity. Ensuring smooth flow of service and minimizing wait times for guests. Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions. Training staff to effectively communicate menu options to guests and make recommendations. Team Management: Supervising F&B service staff, including waiters, hosts/hostesses, and runners. Conducting staff training sessions and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team. Revenue Generation: Maximizing sales opportunities through suggestive selling and promotion of high-margin items. Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Hygiene and Safety: Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all F&B service areas. Conducting regular inspections and training sessions to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols. Special Events and Functions: Coordinating F&B service for special events, banquets, and functions. Planning and executing event setups and ensuring smooth service delivery. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Soliciting feedback from guests and implementing improvements based on their suggestions. Conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss service issues and brainstorm solutions. Cost Control: Monitoring and controlling operational costs related to F&B service, such as labor and inventory. Implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
